I towed my truck to Sam's shop he said he would diagnose it on Friday but when I called the shop I was told he didn't get to it because someone from STL alternator went out on their car so that was more important. Then was told he would get to it Tuesday because he didn't work on Monday. Before I took it to him I changed all the spark plugs except cylinder 1 because it was so tight I was afraid I would break it and I changed other parts trying to figure out why it would start and run but die.
