This place is the best I have seen in Hamilton.Dont try to rip you off at all ,instead they try to save you money suggesting other solution.Domenic is a great person
Went in for new tie rods and link bushings last August, paid 900$ for the job. I go to bring my car in for an alignment and they tell me I needed new tie rod and link bushings before they can do the alignment on my vehicle. So it’s odd to me that I got this work done within a year and here I am again having to get the same work done, which they had “allegedly “ done, by another mechanic!! Something things not right with this picture…

Although sporadic, everytime I have had a problem I have gone to Sam's. They have been so good and honest with all my repairs I have had done. They give you a price and fix your car. If anything else comes up they are sure to call first. It is nice to find a family business that still cares about their customers.
The guys at Sam's are awesome! Always friendly and accommodating, and they consistently do things in an attempt to NOT cost me large amounts of money, unlike most dealerships I've been to. Very trustworthy, which is why they've been getting my business for over a decade!
