Used to be great. If you want to know my experience in detail, read on. I recommend you go somewhere else. I was told to drop my car off after work on thursday, so the next day the guys could take a look and diagnose my car. The best and honest garage in Hamilton
Let this review be a warning to any future customers of this shop. I purchased a used vehicle and was looking around for a shop to look it over and give an opinion about it. I picked Sam’s Service Centre because of their good reviews and availability. My wife dropped off the vehicle, and later they give me a call saying the rear brake pads are low, measuring at 1mm and 2mm. 1mm is below the ~1.7mm threshold for the vehicle to be safetied, so I told them I will bring it to the dealer where I bought it from, in which case the ... read more
Run from this place. Charged me $250 to tell me the problem I told him when I brought it in. The quote to fix included massive markup on parts as well (3X). I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I will look to find a service center that isn't about taking your money only.
The honesty and customer service is amazing..price is also good..thx for helping us last minute to get us back on the road..Definitely recommend
