A lady was replacing Sam as he was on a vacation and she was super rude to me, made me feel as if I was soliciting services. Surprised that the location has high ratings when this is the way they handle new customers
Sam is very skilled hair designer. He was very attentive to my needs and it took little time to get what I wanted. I am glad I chose here for this short bob as it’s been like 15 years since I got this short! am getting compliments everywhere with this cute bob. I recommend here to anyone who seeking classic cuts.
Sam was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Listened to what I wanted done and got it done. Had highlights (partial) and a trim. Its very hard for me to trust anyone doing my hair and Sam has earned my trust. My hair looks amazing and ready for the summer. I highly recommend going to Sam's Royal Salon.
