Authentic italian menu, cooked to perfection – Local restaurant with an inviting staff as well as service. Menu is well prepared and is the reason they have remained in business for over 50+ years!
Best Pizza! They have the best pizza around. The Hawaiian pizza is great and it's not a typical east hampton restaurant where you have to deal with the snobs, it's a locals place.
The BEST meatball pizza I live nowhere near East Hampton, but when I visit I ALWAYS go to Sams. They have great pizza. Very fresh and homeade tasting. But the meatball is outstanding. Very simple but delicious! A hot spot in the summer season.
Authentic pizza / real deal food – Sam's is the real deal. No pretense. Real food for real people. The service is warm and friendly, and the restaurant has a home-like feel with the charm of years gone by. Sam's never disappoints.
made east hampton visit special – Visiting from Michigan, I thought it would hard to find great food at a reasonable price. Not only was the food absolutely fantastic, but the waitstaff was so friendly, just like back home. Same family has owned it since 1947, I was told. It's nice that someplace that makes you feel so comfortable and completely at home has been around for so long. It's a treat for locals and weary travelers to be so well taken care of. YUM!
