I wanted to evaluate my hair a few days after to see if I really liked it and yes I do! Sam explained each step which included a precision haircut, lots of cleansing (most comfortable shampoo bed ever!!!), and styling. The best part is learning how to style my hair myself. So glad I splurged on myself!
I scheduled this appointment for my 12 year old daughter who has the most beautiful coils! She needed help with hydration, shape and overall care. Sam was absolutely the best! I had a lot of questions and she answered every question with ease and knowledge. She was so gentle, and my daughter felt like a million bucks when she left the salon. Sam was also so helpful in teaching her how to properly care for her hair. Worth the time and money!! I highly recommend!
Sam was very helpful in explaining the why behind using and not using certain kinds of products, while also making it clear she wasn't expecting me to go out and buy an entirely new set of products. She listened to me and my concerns about my hair, and overall just made me feel really great about the process! Also, the hairwash was amazing!!
