Fast courteous responce. At a fair price.
Appalling experience! Total disregard. Being away on holidays I have asked Sam to rectify hot water boiler failure. I’ve fallen to his deceptive advise, paid him for the boiler replacement and I gave him away for nothing my top of the range perfectly good boiler. He subcontracted Mark Holland for electrical work. He told my vision imparted tenant the correct position of the circuit breaker only after he replaced the boiler. The boiler that he replaced wasn’t faulty but simply switched off.
Used Sam's Plumbing service to do the plumbing for our bathroom and kitchen renovation. Sam was knowledgeable and professional with his service. He was friendly and helpful in explaining what he would be doing. Found Sam's pricing affordable and standard of work exceptional.
