Hired Todd from a referral. After using him for 2 months to paint multiple rental properties I found out he was not paying the subs he was using to Complete the work. Terrible person to do that. Found out this is how he does business with almost everyone.
Scheduled him to come to a property and do some painting as well as a garage floor. He came for part of the work, it was sloppily done, and took the deposit for the garage floor and never came back. Called him for months to get the deposit back and never heard from him again.
Todd and his crew were amazing in every way. They had excellent communication and punctuality. They saved us from buying the wrong kind of paint and even helped us choose the correct colors. They painted our entire house in 1 day!! I was so impressed we referred them to paint my mother's house as well. They will not disappoint! Will use them again.
