I try to buy from local retailers when I can, but it’s hard to do when they close early! Posted hours are closed at 5pm. Arrived at 4:55pm. And I get it. I’ve worked in restaurants, had the kitchen ready to close when a last minute order comes in. But this is retail! Closing is far easier than a restaurant! Still 5 stars because I want my local stores to do well and maybe some personal thing popped up forcing staff to leave early. But if not please be open at 4:55pm next time! I need pellets for the weekend!

Great for summer plies and grills. Purchased a grill a year ago and have been back for pellets. Be sure to call before going as I’ve gone a couple times during listed hours and they have been closed.
Everything barbecue! You have a question they have an answer. It’s almost overwhelming how much they know and how many different varieties of seasonings and spices to charcoal to pellets everything that they have..
Every once in a while you find a place that just doing it right...Sam's is one of those places. If you're interested in uping your smoking or grilling game, then do yourself a favor & go here. You will not find inferior smokers/grills that big box stores offer, you will find in an investment that will not serve to improve your cook but will last the test of time. Sam personal takes an interest finding the right smoker for you, no pressure and knows his stuff. Easy to understand why he has such a loyal clientbase.
