Absolutely no customer service from the owner, Jake aka Jak@&& Bolin. The employees at the location were very nice, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called a few weeks after purchasing plants to discuss a return or replacement, and from the moment I mentioned the plants had died (see attached photos), his attitude turned hostile.
