Love shopping at Milan Sam’s Nail Supply! They’ve got so many products to pick from and the prices are really good. Super easy to order too since they’re flexible with shipping, which helps a lot when I can’t get there. Everyone’s always nice and helpful—definitely my favorite place for nail supplies.

I been to this store 3 times all in which I have NEVER been greeted each visit! I noticed that they would greet others that are of lighter skin color just fine after I had just walked in. What's funny is I'm Asian of darker skin tone which does not matter but it's crazy that they treat people this way! I honestly thought I was overthinking it but clearly not. Came in quick to get a gel polish I’ve been on the hunt for lovely store got helped quickly
Worst customer service. I called them to see what time they close today and they said “I Don’t know” . And i asked if they could wait for me for 30 mins and they hang up on me and never picked up the phone after. Very poor customer service. Update : Like you said a non english speaking employee, but she clearly spoke english and had a full blown conversation and said she dont know, and never said they close at 5pm, i neede some stuff for my salon i would have made in time before 5, you just lost couple hundred dollar purchas... read more
