Sam stays part time in the same RV park as us in Palmetto FL. When our black tank ruptured he was Johnny on the spot. Not a pleasant thing to deal with! He was able to stop the leak and we could use the facilities until he was able to install a new tank. Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Thank you Sam!

We were in a pinch to have a furnace fan blower motor replaced with coming extreme cold temps coming to the area. Dues rv was able to find the part for me and have it shipped in one day and then Sam was very prompt with answering his phone and was able to install the part the very next day. It is so nice to have a professional answer the phone and promptly reply with all communication. He arrived when he said he would with a heads up text. He does bad business. Took our money and didn't fix the problem. Made the situation worse could careless. I called him about fixing a hot water problem. I stated we didn't have hot water only by using propane. He told me I should have hot water in a hour or so. I called him back in a few hours. I still had no hot water. I text him again the next day.
