Sam's has a warm, authentic vibe from the moment you walk in. The music and friendly staff was great. I ordered the falafel pita, and I was impressed with the size. I’ve been coming here for a while with no issues however yesterday I got the chicken shawarma and after eating it I got extremely sick. I was throwing up for 5-6 hours. Either the employees are not washing their hands after using the restroom or they just have dirty contaminated food. I do not recommend coming here until they make some changes and stop serving dirty contaminated food.
This is probably my 3rd time trying to order from uber eats at 6pm and it says they are not accepting orders even though they are open. Not sure what’s going on. Called them multiple times but they dont answer. I’ve heard so many good things about this place but too bad.
This is pretty good small restaurant in a college town (UCD). The food is tasty and pretty good value. The place is fairly small so need to come early for a seat.
