I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The employee working behind the register was rude and unprofessional. While I was standing at the counter speaking directly with him, he repeatedly referred to the customer behind me instead of addressing me, the customer he was currently assisting. This behavior made me feel ignored and disrespected. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and attention when conducting business, and this experience fell far below that standard.
Stopped here yes was walking at 12am with my husband this is his goggle account,even spent money in the store we had to use the restroom was told no just cause we had a backpack he had no respect for a human being and he doesn't know what we been through and we don't deserve to be treated the way he did.
I got humiliated and kicked out of the store in front of everyone because I didn't have a mask on... I was told "the sign is on the front door... I need to read it and I could buy one for $5 or I could leave." The woman continued to talk over me and I was trying to tell her I only came in the store to get a fuel receipt because the pump was out of paper. I want to warn people about the gasoline from this establishment. I have had a couple instances (over a few months) with two new cars (under 40k miles) where I would fill my tank up. Everything fine before hand, go to turn the car on, and the RPMs would be funny. Dip low, vibrate the car, or cut off. I had a check engine light with the first car. A Ford Focus.
