Can't complain about the quick service.However , there were enough issues to say I'll never use them again. I explained in detail on the phone what I needed and asked for a price. Scheduled appointment for 5 pm and he showed up at 9am. It was an A1 truck not Sam's Lock & Key as expected. Then when finished he said it was more complicated and would be $50 more. It was exactly how I described the job and took exactly an hour.
I needed a deadbolt quickly retrofitted onto a 1960s house door. I called Friday evening and Mikhail offered to come out either Saturday or Monday. He arrived early for the appointment. Modifying the door and installing a deadbolt only lasted an hour. The seamless service was professional, efficient, and less expensive than replacing the old door. Highly recommend!
Called this place because of the claim made they can copy automobile keys. They don't, so either Google is wrong or they need to update their services.
