If you are in the ACT, DO NOT USE SAMS PLUMBING. I used them on Friday last week for a kitchen tap (flick mixer) repair. It was a basic job and the issue was obvious. No need for any detailed assessment or troubleshooting. The plumber arrived on time and was professional, polite and attended to the job as required. He replaced the tap with similar. I asked Sam’s Local Plumbing to fix a roof leak. They had been given a copy of a Master Builders report showing exactly what the problem was. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to fix the leak I was also left with ugly black flashing over the front pillars of the house. I then had to engage another tradesman to undo their work and fix the leak.
