I live in dobbs ferry and can eat anywhere in the 5 boroughs or here. SAMS is consistently the best Italian restaurant on the east coast. I ordered mussels with white wine garlic sauce and capelleni. The portion was huge and the mussels were so plump and fresh. It was like I was in Maine eating them right of the dock!. All their food is amazing and the price is so reasonable compared to other neighboring " Italian Restaurants ".
