The young gentleman named Adrian, who waited on me, was extremely slow - he was putting pickles one at a time on the sandwich. It took 15 minutes for him to make two sandwiches. Not to mention he was extremely rude, got my order wrong from the very beginning, and when I commented that I had not wanted Salt-and pepper he told me not to cop an attitude. Loved Sam’s since I was a kid… nostalgia most likely but that nostalgia must make them some $$ by keeping the same recipes they’ve always had. Their Italian sandwiches are supreme though 100% compared to other stores that use provolone cheese or pickle chips instead of sliced spears and American cheese.
