Great experience with the cooling system installation. Everything was done neatly and professionally.
Terrible service rep! 6 hrs late. Didn’t introduce himself. Rude - said “did I waste 45 minutes of my time or are you filing a claim”? No service ticket - said need new system. Had second company look and found connector problem!! No reliable company
Can’t honestly say it was a good value, but was responsive when I called and got my air working in a few minutes in 100+ temperature
The installation crew was respectful of my home and left the space cleaner than when they arrived.
