I purchased Lucid hearing aids a little less than two years ago from Cindy Underwood at Sam’s, Mobile , AL and have had an excellent experience. My audiologist daughter had suggested I buy Lucid for its high quality and also suggested I use disposable batteries rather than rechargeable since the latter require another device and I wanted the simplest route to better hearing….I also chose not to fool with an App to make adjustments that are done more easily/simply manually, without depending on technology!
