If I could give a worse rating I would This place needs shut down. I can't even get antibiotics for my sick kid, from this place. Walmart does just fine without any hassle. Shame on this business and the owner.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Several different times I have had my son’s medicine sent over to Sam’s to be refilled and almost every time they don’t have it and tell me that my sons medicine is not covered by insurance but I can take the exact same prescription to a different pharmacy and get it without any complications. The staff had always been very rude. I’ve had several instances where they will tell me the doctor hadn’t sent it in and I’ll call the office to confirm they have and they have.
Absolutely abysmal service. If they, as employees, were handed every tool needed to do their job efficiently, they would still find a way to make sure they didn't work "to hard". From basic script fills to actual life saving drugs/medication, it is impossible for them to ever do anything but sweep something under the rug until you call and demand some answers. IF I COULD DO A ZERO I WOULD!!! Extremely disappointed with Sam’s Health Mart Pharmacy in Fayette, MO. My doctor sent in my prescriptions at 10am, and I had to call three separate times throughout the day just to be told at 4pm that they didn’t even have my insurance information — despite me speaking with them multiple times. They then asked me for an RX number for my insurance (which doesn’t make sense) and refused to use my group or member ID.
