My first time going to this salon, and I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment ahead of time, but when I arrived, no one greeted me or spoke to me for at least 15 minutes. I was left standing there completely unattended. Because of my limited schedule, I finally walked up to a random hairdresser to ask who I could speak with. I let them know I needed to be seen ASAP or I would have to leave. It took them about 20-25 minutes to finally start working on my hair. It was ridiculous. I never went back.

One of the best hair salons in fort Lee, would definitely recommend going there to get any type of service, there are many stylists with so much experience to do what you may be interested in getting done.

I recently saw another review from someone who had almost exactly the same experience I did, and I felt I had to share mine as well. Sam, the owner, cut my hair, and the entire experience felt extremely rushed. It seemed like he was taking on too many customers at once and trying to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. There was very little attention to detail, and my hair honestly looked like it had been left unfinished. I was extremely unhappy with the result.
