Unsatisfied and disappointed. A hair salon should be a place to relax, but here, professionalism and hospitality seem to be missing entirely. No greeting upon arrival. No introduction to who will be cutting your hair. One person says, “wash hair,” the stylist says, “sit”—no explanation, no warmth. There’s zero teamwork; it feels more like a rushed hair factory than a salon. Everyone works as if they’re racing against a deadline, not caring about the client experience.
