I had gutters installed on June 28th 2010. I was not at home at the time of installation. The gutters look great and with that I am pleased However, a downspout was added, not something I asked for, which drains very close to my septic tank and will cause water to back up to my air conditioning unit. I spoke to the owner he advised I needed the extra downspout and assured me that someone would be out and the downspout moved.
