I read the reviews before I called for an appointment today. I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try, since their price is 60% less than auto shops charge for axle replacement in west end. I watched very closely the mechanic (Fredi) who worked on my car. He did very good job and even fixed some wires previously cut from another mechanic. Their price is great and the mechanic I dealt with was very understanding and knowledgeable. I will go there again next time i need a repair.

I took my car in for brakes. They told me I needed a right outer tire rod. They told them to go ahead and do the work. Days later I heard clicking noises. Due to the poor customer service (open at 8am mechanics didnt get their til 10am) I did not want to go back. I found out from another mechanic that the tire rod they installed was loose. They lied to me when I went for a front end alignment, and after the "mechanic" looked at the car he then said I need ball joints. Which I knew they were fine, they charged me 25$ for just looking at it and didn't do what I aksed them to do. My first and last time doing business with them. I know it's only 25$ but they didn't mention that at the beginning. I lost 25 bucks but they lost their reputation and trust. Thanks!
