The staff at this location and the main office are very professional. There was a mix up in what I thought I paid for and the main office and the manager of this location both called me to make things right. They were up front on how to fix it and clearly wanted me to be satisfied with the outcome. They get a top review for taking the time that they did. Someone at this company knows how to hire good people.
My truck needed a little extra work after it came through the first time, and Shawn and Isaiah helped me out with some extra work on it; great service and attention. Much appreciated from a loyal customer!
I like to go to wash my car there because they give good service and it’s free to vacuum.
I went to this location for the first time yesterday. While waiting in line I saw the attendants do a very good job pressure washing the tires on a pick-up truck that had an excessive amount of mud on the wheels. After the truck began their wash, the attendants took their time cleaning the area before they allowed me to go in. I appreciated that a lot.
