Great customer service
I can't say enough about Sam's. Today I had a small engine issue that Sam was able to fix very quickly, and his response time was only minutes! My total down time was less than 2 hours. I'm sure this isn't the norm, and in no way did I expect that kind of extra mile service, but this service exceeded any expectations I could ever have had.
