A most amazing experience. I could not get a picture on my 55" LG tv while under warranty. I called LG customer service, explained my problem and they said their repair service would contact me. One day later Sammy called, asked some question, had me try to turn it on and off several times and said he would be out that afternoon with the parts to fix.
