They were supposed to take out a small dent, but overheated the door and ruined the paint job. They told me it would wash off, but when it didn't they said they would come next week and fix it. Now they don't return text messages. They have blocked me. In addition the claimed he could fix damage on my wheel. He just basically put paint over the scratches. Looks horrible. Again, they lied and said it would look Ok after 3 days when I could wash it.
I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone. All the parts they installed are becoming loose after few days it installed. The fender liner became loose and it messed up my brand new tire. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
DO NOT trust these guy, they are fraud. I called them for a small dent, and they spoiled my entire luxury car. They DID NOT fix the dent, instead they used different color than what my car had, I have to repaint pretty much every part of the car. It costing me 10k now. If I had not called these guy, I would have got the work done within 2k by the dealer. DO NOT use the services from this guy for God sake.
I am really satisfied on the service they provided. I somehow drove into some wet glue on the road and it splashed all over one side of the car. When I called Sam's Dent Repair, they even did a facetime with me to evaluate the problem and give me a quote. When the tech person came in 30 mins (yes, they offer to come to your place to fix it), even though the situation was a little different which would cost them more labor, they didn't make it a big deal out of it.
