We recently had our 2 ½ bathrooms remodeled by Sam, and overall we’re very pleased with the results. His team was professional, respectful of our home, and worked hard to complete the project. A little too pushy wasn't for me. Really hard to deal with.
It is very rare these days to find an honest contractor that truly loves what he does and is a master at what he does!! I can't thank Sam and his team enough for the amazing job they did in reconstructing my balconies! I had two balconies that were not waterproofed correctly by the original builder and over time water damage rotted out the structure of the balconies to a point where it was dangerous to even stand or sit on them.
