Sam Cole is Unethical. I filed a Grievance on him at Cobb County. At did my closing with him. I was the seller and the buyer was in with him. Requested my paperwork numerous times. Never responded. Please Be Aware.
Brian Sams is excellent for all wills Trust and Estate matters. Will definitely rely on him when needed.
Very unethical. The real estate attorney at this firm, Steven Cole, shared information and documents obtained in a real estate closing consult, with his partner to attempt to further a case against an opposing party in a probate matter. Once Cole had all the information he needed, he let the potential client know he couldn’t close the property due to a conflict. If he has been unethical with you, you can file a grievance with the Georgia State Bar on their site or leave a review to warn others.
