Terrible customer service from the word go simply came to check about some tires I was rudely informed by the older skinny black man that he was about to get off soon and it wasn't his problem I was then helped by a younger black gentleman who I could tell had to deal with his incompetent behavior too much thankfully he was nice enough to direct me to the counter inside the store at the counter when there explaining my problem I was then interrupted by a young Shawn White looking wannabe (long red hair bad attitude as the fi... read more
Went in at5:00 didn’t get help till 5:15 to be told their hours are 10-4 cause nobody knows how to look up a work order or fix tries I bought from there. Drove 30 minutes for no reason.
It took 25 minutes for someone to come out to acknowledge the people waiting in line. I had a appointment, which was worthless. The customer service in this department is less than stellar. Slow, unorganized, don’t care, and nonchalant are the words to describe the workers I encountered. There is no way it should take 40 min to talk to someone to acknowledge I have an appointment. What’s the purpose of having an appointment.
