Made an appointment for tire rotation and balancing got a call from Sam’s to reschedule because there was no staff so I woke up and went at opening for walk in their was multiple attempts to turn me away then I was told they couldn’t do services because lug nuts where stripped went directly across the street to Mavis no issues at all save your time just go across the street.
I am highlighting the exceptional customer service I received from one of the techs, Martin. He took the time to explain the situation with my tire and the solution for addressing this issue. He is actually helped with an issue that was overlooked by another Sam’s location. I would recommend anyone to work directly with him at this location.
Poor service communication is off with staff, it’s been about two weeks and my tires are still not in. Then they messed up something on my car because now it’s sound like my car is scrapping metal ever since my doughnut was put on. They don’t care at all, this Sam’s needs to be shut down
Have purchased many tires from Sam's club. Less than an hour is impressive for installation. Prices are high everywhere, but a flat tire is inconvenient and dangerous.
