talk to Kari @ chesterfield ,mo store .....the woman has worked there a week, answered the phone repeatedly tried to get the tire dept to p/u and they didn't followed the phone call and found my info for me. management,please put this woman in the tire dept. and transfer one of the slouches to the photo dept.
