I had a similar experience as the last reviewer, except instead of a flat tire my new tire was leaking as soon as I got home from the installation. I called and was advised to show up there the next day upon opening. Repairing it should have been a priority, since they had sold it to me days before but instead they wanted me to leave the car with no idea of when it would be done OR make an appointment for ten days later. DO NOT, DO NOT! Buy tires from Sam's Club!!! 15 years a loyal customer, and I have bought tires numerous times over the years, and the one time I have a flat, they refuse to help and tell me the soonest appointment would be December 17th! Stop offering flat tire repair, if you going to make a customer wait all that time. Your priority is selling tires, but when you need those tires repaired, you get crapped on! Really?! Sorry I didn't catch Names, the gentleman that helped me Was very nice And helpful. There was a female working also when my car was done That was extremely surly And unpleasant (obviously). I guess she forgot Customers, without customers she doesn't have a job and therefore no paycheck
