Unprofessional experience overall. Bought 4 brand new tires and one went flat in under 12 hours. Brought it in the next day to get it looked at - replaced a valve stem and all good for now. They refused to put the tire back on the vehicle, so here I am 50 feet from the tire center putting a new tire on myself. Brand new tire. Never again will I purchase tires here.
Since Costco doesn't install batteries, went to Sam's and was very happy with the professionalism. Got New battery installed in a timely manner. They go above and beyond for the customers. Great people.
The guys working here are great. TJ was very friendly. In and out in just over an hour for new tire installation. Only complaint would be it takes quite a while for someone to even acknowledge you’re at the counter waiting to be helped.
