Worst customer service ever! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Very disappointed & I will not be back.
Really disappointed. I expected more from Sams Club. I had purchased 4 tires and expected them to last more than a few months. After one of them popped (after driving over a rock), I took it to Sams Club to have it replaced. The rock had punctured it perfectly between the treads and was simply not able to be repaired. The replacement tire was out of stock and I was informed that there was no way to know whether it would be weeks or months before being back in stock and I would just need to drive on my spare until it came bac... read more
