If I could give the Tire and Auto department a zero if I could! I called to schedule an appointment to get a tire rotation on my vehicle and spent 22 minutes on the phone until finally one of the store managers, Austin, walked over to the Tire and Auto department and made sure someone answered the phone for me! This wouldn't be bad but it's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME that you call the Tire and Auto department that you get treated this way! If you're short on help then hire somebody specifically to answer the phones so we don't have... read more

Dawn, Grant and Adam are lifesavers! After a road hazard put my new-ish tire at a blowout risk, I was desperate to get it replaced. Without a full spare, I was unable to make the hour long commute (one way) to work. After ordering my new tire online and waiting almost a week for it to arrive, I called to schedule an appointment. Brought my parents car in for new tires…we called ahead and the call center assured us we did not need an appointment. Got there and said well if you don’t make an appointment it’ll be several hours of waiting. Ok no problem, we scheduled an appointment to come back. Was told it would be a couple dollars per tire to replace TPMS sensors. Come back for scheduled appointment. New tires installed, no problems so far.
