These idiots lost my tire lock key. No one there seems to know what they’re doing, they flip flop on what the issue is and I would never trust them with my car ever again. They also never answer the phone to top it all off.

How can you go wrong its Sams club
New tires put on. 2 years ago. Warranty good for 60k.....im at 20k. Two front need replacement. I was never told I had to continue my membership. I called to see if they were still under warranty they would give me no info unless I became a member again. Kind of poor customer service. Makes me feel like ok you get my money but oh well.
Great prices on tires. Employees are very helpful.
