Great experience! When I called to make an appointment I was told I could just walk in today. A.J. was personable, answered the questions I had, and gave me a time estimate for the work (tire rotation/balance & battery change). I received a call about 15 minutes later, and the car was ready to go! I've never taken my car for service anywhere else and had the work completed in 1/3 of the time estimated. I definitely recommend Sam's Club Tire & Auto service!

I was originally scheduled for noon, called in the morning to move to later in the day, no problem, got a 4 o’clock appointment. When I showed up at 4 they told me I was scheduled at noon and that it would be a little longer wait for my car. I explained I called and moved it and the guy behind the counter says “well the call center doesn’t communicate with us.” Why is that my fault? He told me it would be done between 5:00-5:15. At 5:40 I missed a call but no voicemail left so I just went over to the tire section. No one cam... read more

I would definitely avoid taking your car here. I took my car in for a simple patch, it took about 2 hours and the tech didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing. About a month later my tire wouldn’t hold any air so I took it back in and they basically told me I’m screwed. So now I have to replace four tires that are less than a year old and I’m definitely not letting Sam’s do the work. Awful service and quality.
