I was originally scheduled for noon, called in the morning to move to later in the day, no problem, got a 4 o’clock appointment. When I showed up at 4 they told me I was scheduled at noon and that it would be a little longer wait for my car. I explained I called and moved it and the guy behind the counter says “well the call center doesn’t communicate with us.” Why is that my fault? He told me it would be done between 5:00-5:15. I would definitely avoid taking your car here. I took my car in for a simple patch, it took about 2 hours and the tech didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing. About a month later my tire wouldn’t hold any air so I took it back in and they basically told me I’m screwed. So now I have to replace four tires that are less than a year old and I’m definitely not letting Sam’s do the work. Awful service and quality.

Sammy and Alex helped me get my battery replaced quickly! When I had issues with my window afterwards, they kindly spent at least 15 minutes trying to help me figure out why replacing the battery had caused my window to not roll up. They were super patient, kind, and professional…. I took my car to the car wash afterwards thinking dirt in the window could be causing the problem and lo and behold, it rolls up now. Thank you a bunch Sammy and Alex!!
