Called several times with no answer in tire department
Called in advance to make sure they could take me for a walk-in tire change and was told to just come on by. So, I made the trip over at 3:30 pm, hours before their listed 7 pm closing time, only to be greeted by a locked door and zero explanation. I guess their idea of 'open' means 'whenever we feel like it.' Nice to know that in the middle of prepping for winter, I can count on this place…to waste my time. Next time, I’ll stick with a shop that actually respects its customers’ time and expectations.
This team went above and beyond to give us exactly what we needed for our car! Excellent service, I recommend to anyone. Thank you, Cash, and the team!
I had my tire patched here. Why would you remove so much air IN EVERY TIRE they are all lower than the recommend PSI?!
