Had a flat tire last week in Little Rock. The Sam's Club technicians on Bowman, went out of their way to get me in quickly and got me on my way back to Nebraska. Thanks guys.
They are extremely unprofessional. They initially said it would take 1.5 hours to remove a nail and fix a tire, but I have been waiting for nearly three hours now, and it still isn't done. I have checked with them three or four times, and each time they assured me it was almost ready, just a few more minutes.

I got the tires for my f150 truck from here and I visited them for my tire rotation and balance after a year. Before i dropped the truck off i marked the 2 tires. After couple hours they called me and said it is ready. I asked them over and again and they explained me they put the back tires to front. And when i got the truck back same tires same place. They lied to my face as job done. I don't trust their one word after all. Their job is scam.
