Took my Tesla Model 3 here for a tire change. Was hesitant to bring it here initially, but it came with a significant price saving compared to Costco and Tesla. To begin, it was pretty easy placing an order online. They seem to periodically run deals for tires, so you end up getting somewhat of a discount for name brands (I got $70 off for a Michelin tire). Absolutely horrendous customer service. Staff are dismissive and arrogant. Their whole attitude is that they can't be bothered. Whoever manages this tire center should go back to management school and learn what customer service means.
I went there to get a replacement tire because the original tire that I bought, was damaged and we had a blow out so we went to get another tire because it was still under warranty we dealt with a worker named Mario he was rude and condescending should not be there I will not go there ever again, terrible service. Looking at the reviews, when there is a complaint, nobody answers the reviews that is very unprofessional.i noticed that complaints are not answered that's so unprofessional.
