The guys are always friendly and helpful, and give 100%. But they are young, (what I would give to be their age again) and need just a little more experience. Of course, the best way to learn is by doing it, but it helps to have someone they can watch, and maybe help out when they get in a pinch. I see these guys learning, but they don't have someone to learn from, and that is what would lift them up, and make them really good automotve techs. I’m honestly so disappointed with Sam’s Tire Shop. I dropped off my flat tire to get repaired, and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Fine, I waited. When I finally got my car there and asked them to just put the tire back on, they said I’d have to wait another hour! That made absolutely no sense. I’ve worked in the tire industry before I know it doesn’t take anywhere near that long to mount one tire. Slowest tire service I’ve ever experienced. Tech told me 1 hour to repair a tire with a nail in it. Took 3 hours. Never received a call letting me know it was ready and had to check back with them. While I waited I watched them stand in groups talking and laughing. If it wasn’t for the fact I have a warranty through Sam’s I wouldn’t be going back and hopefully I don’t have to. Edit: finally got car back and it had too much pressure in the tire they repaired. 4 psi over. What y’all doing over here?

After dealing with an TPMS issue from Sam's on Eastchase. I took it to Sam's in Burleson and the tech Andrew was awesome he told me what was wrong and if that doesn't work he would get a manager incolved. Sure enough, after leaving the store I drove around for about 45mins and the TPMS light did not come again. Thank you Andrew for being a very knowledgeable tech and fixing the problem correct the first time.

Went in this morning to get my car battery replaced. Was there for about 30 minutes MAX. Quick in n out with great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jose was great with getting me the right battery for my car. Thank you!
