Slowest tire service I’ve ever experienced. Tech told me 1 hour to repair a tire with a nail in it. Took 3 hours. Never received a call letting me know it was ready and had to check back with them. While I waited I watched them stand in groups talking and laughing. If it wasn’t for the fact I have a warranty through Sam’s I wouldn’t be going back and hopefully I don’t have to. Edit: finally got car back and it had too much pressure in the tire they repaired. 4 psi over. What y’all doing over here?
After dealing with an TPMS issue from Sam's on Eastchase. I took it to Sam's in Burleson and the tech Andrew was awesome he told me what was wrong and if that doesn't work he would get a manager incolved. Sure enough, after leaving the store I drove around for about 45mins and the TPMS light did not come again. Thank you Andrew for being a very knowledgeable tech and fixing the problem correct the first time.
Went in this morning to get my car battery replaced. Was there for about 30 minutes MAX. Quick in n out with great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jose was great with getting me the right battery for my car. Thank you!
They lost my hub cap to my rim and damaged the other three they didn't lose. I called them and they said just buy a new one and we will pay you back. Well then I better hope they find it because I have not found it online or anywhere else. Warning if you have to come here check your hub caps if they are there and if they have damaged them.
I have had ( over) a decade of 100% perfect, speedy service from the Burleson Sams Club tire service center. Untill today. What a smart azz I ran into today. It soured my entire visit. So, much so I scraped my Christmas shopping plans and left. Cameron was such a rude smart azz I wanted to rip his head off and poop in his lungs.. Sams Club, fix him.
