Poor customer service. Don’t even bother with the frustration. Go to Discount Tire in the same shopping center. They price match and are super professional. Both on the phone and in person they acted like I wasn’t a member because my cell phone number wasn’t in their system. They had my home phone line from 20 years ago that they expected me to remember. Tried to take advantage of a free tire patch a couple of times, and they wanted to sell me a new tire instead. The punctures were nowhere near the sidewall, but they refused to touch them. Finally got a nail right in the center of my tire, and they agreed to patch it. Took about 2 hours WITH an appointment. Patch lasted a couple of months, then started a slow leak, and got progressively worse. Now no one will touch it because it's leaking from a previous repair, and I'm out $250 for a new tire. Never again.
