Tried to take advantage of a free tire patch a couple of times, and they wanted to sell me a new tire instead. The punctures were nowhere near the sidewall, but they refused to touch them. Finally got a nail right in the center of my tire, and they agreed to patch it. Took about 2 hours WITH an appointment. Patch lasted a couple of months, then started a slow leak, and got progressively worse. Now no one will touch it because it's leaking from a previous repair, and I'm out $250 for a new tire. Never again.
Amatures. Felt like the people working there had no experience and could have started yesterday for all I know. Also told me 30 min, it took hour and 40 min while I waited on bench
Don't waste your time. Had an appointment and it's been nearly 2 hours past that and my vehicle still isn't ready. They also turned away another appointment while I was waiting.
