Very professional!
Appointment for tire exchange at 9am today, still sitting here and my car isn't even in the bay, yet. Tech works so slow, watching him makes you sleepy. Complained to management.
I’ve now wasted 7 hours and still don’t have my tires correct. The first time I came for new tires, the computerized scheduling had changed my appointment to another day. When I came back a week later, they failed to ballance the tires correctly, causing a wobble at certain speeds. I came back today to get that corrected, and upon leaving and getting up to speed, a new loud clanging noise is coming from one wheel. I got my tires changed and the staff were super friendly and professional. The cost was totally fair and they even accommodated me when I changed my mind and asked them to fix my sensors after they already put the tires back on! Many thanks and I'll come back in the future!
