I got my tires changed and the staff were super friendly and professional. The cost was totally fair and they even accommodated me when I changed my mind and asked them to fix my sensors after they already put the tires back on! Many thanks and I'll come back in the future!
The scheduling is done via a different department so when you're told "it's in stock" that may not be accurate. Had work done but not completed as they didn't have the parts. Nice staff, just a mess of communication.
Getting a hold of the department directly is almost impossible. You have to go through their "scheduling system" to get an appointment and it is terrible. Once you do finally get an appointment, you better not be a minute late. If not for those two issues, the staff is friendly and they do decent work.
Left work with a screw in my tire, all other shops nearby were unable to get my tire fixed that day. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and were very professional and kind! Will use again for future services.
