A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Tire Service Ordered my tires, waited for them to come in. Tried calling the shop directly to make an appointment—no one ever picked up. Ended up booking through their call center instead. The day before my appointment, they called to say they’d double-booked me becuase they dont deconflict with the call center. Rescheduled. Sam's Club Tire and Battery where they will huff and puff if you have the slightest of issues.Will give you attitude if you ask for help as if you're inconvenient them by having a issue. You could say customer service is not needed to work for this department.
Poor customer service and not transparent. When my car was in for service at Mercedes they recommended to put two new tires on the front of my car. I decided to get this done at Sam’s since it was $200 cheaper. I ordered two tires & they refused to put them on and claimed my back tires needed replaced to. The back tires only had 9k miles on them. I called mercedes and they said this shop is in the total wrong. Sam’s tried to claim Mercedes just wanted my money and I should put all four on. Save your time and money. Go local.
