After a frustrating experience elsewhere, I found myself rolling into Sam's Club with a nail in my sidewall, a low spare, and on the verge of tears. Dave and the tire team took incredible care of me. They found me a great price, fit me into their schedule, and got me safely back on the road in just over an hour. Update 03/2026- bought a new set of tires. Later realized the paperwork had the mileage 45,000 miles less than my actual mileage and had the wrong license plate # on it. Called and asked them to give me new, corrected paperwork. They claim they cant do it and will notate my acct. Tried to call corporate and was transfered to my local store. The manager, Jose, said he would email me something with the corrected info and i never recieced it. I'm from a small town with the closest Sam's 100 miles away. Over spring break last year I drove out of state to visit the grandkids in Arizona. While there I thought I'd get my tires rotated and balanced according to my Sam's Club warranty. The tire shop manager told me my tires where too thin and refused to do it, but tried to get me to buy a new set. I asked how much I would get back on my tire warranty. Understaffed!!! I bought my tire at 1600 and they said theres a 1700 open appointment… and at 17:28 they havent touch my car.. only 1 person working…. If i should have known, I woudnt bring my car here but since my work is just walking distance from Sams club when my car died, I give it a go.. never again…… i asked them if i can just take the battery with me and not install it and return it, they wont let me… or just take the battery and have it installed somewhere else.. nope they wont
