Made an appointment to get new tires for my 2007 Honda Element. Got there about 15 mins early, John came up to the register and quickly checked me in. He said it would take about 1.5 hours. My daughter and I went to the Club Cafe to hangout while we waited. To my astonishment, I got a call from Carl saying the tires were put on in 45 minutes! He checked my battery too. It was awesome! I wanted to call out three gentlemen that I had to interact with at this facility. Rafael, who initially helped me out at the counter treated me like a human, was nice to me and didn't treat me like I was a half wit old woman that didn't know what was going on. He assisted with all of the issues I had (none of their doing) and reassured me that they could help me out.
