I wanted to call out three gentlemen that I had to interact with at this facility. Rafael, who initially helped me out at the counter treated me like a human, was nice to me and didn't treat me like I was a half wit old woman that didn't know what was going on. He assisted with all of the issues I had (none of their doing) and reassured me that they could help me out. They do a great job on everything but I waited 3 hours for a rotation on my 4 tires!! They barely ever have someone at the front to attend you!! Still the best place and price to get car stuff done tho, so I’ll keep coming, just gotta bring my iPad lol
