Bad service
They seriously just tried to scam me out of my warranty. I'm so over this place. This was my second time going in to get a flat repair done. First time it took 3 attempts because it was always a 3+ hour wait, only to have them not able to fix it and have to special order a new tire which was pro-rated but still more than buying a new tire elsewhere. We came in because our daughter got a flat tire. They were able to fix the tire same day, we were in and out within a couple hours.
The Samsclub brandon crew did a excellent job on installing my tires! Thanks Ada and Curt!! If I had any complaints it would be that they need help! Samsclub brandon needs to hire more people in the Tire department so the work load would be better streamlined.
