Calling the Tire & Battery department is like squeezing juice from a turnip. I tried to reach out to someone in customer service, but no answer. I had to call pharmacy and ask them to transfer my call to Tire & Battery. No answer! I don’t know what happened, but this Sam’s Club need a reset! Scan and go is the bomb! We ordered 4 tires online and didn’t receive an email or a phone call.
