I scheduled an appointment for 03/22 at 1:00 PM to have a tire plugged. Upon arrival, an employee named Sam immediately told me—and several others—that he could not perform any services because he was the only person working. He stated he had been calling his supervisor all morning with no response and that the only option was to reschedule. To my understanding, plugging a tire does not require multiple technicians. Employees went above and beyond installing my tire and checking pressure on all my tires!
Calling the Tire & Battery department is like squeezing juice from a turnip. I tried to reach out to someone in customer service, but no answer. I had to call pharmacy and ask them to transfer my call to Tire & Battery. No answer! I don’t know what happened, but this Sam’s Club need a reset! Scan and go is the bomb! We ordered 4 tires online and didn’t receive an email or a phone call.
