They stated they follow RMA guidelines, but refused to repair the tire without properly inspecting it per those guidelines. The location was in the crown tread area, which RMA allows for repair. I went to another tire shop for a second opinion. They performed a proper inspection and confirmed the screw was only a small stud and had not punctured the tire at all. While the staff was polite, the refusal was due to a lack of proper inspection rather than RMA requirements.

The service and speed of the service was great! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was no one at the front desk when I came in. So I waited for 5 min until I went to the back to ask for help. But everything else was awesome! I’m looking forward to come here from now on instead of Costco, because the service was faster and more affordable
