We've used this tire center for years, but now we won't be back. The last two times we bought tires here and had them installed at this location, the technicians lost our tire caps and installed a least one tire incorrectly so it had a slow leak. The last time we came here, not only did they make the exact same mistakes, but somehow they also managed to break our spare tire by tightening it too much and nearly puncturing it with the pressure. I brought my car in to get tires and the tech was at the counter ready to help as soon as I walked up. He was polite and took my car back immediately. He completed the work faster than I expected and was very helpful when answering my questions when I picked up. A great experience!
Dropped my car off last week with a technician named Dominick. He was very rude and made me feel like I was not valued as a customer. Everyone else was very helpful and understanding, maybe I got a bad apple on a bad day.
