I have visited this Sam’s Club Auto Care location multiple times, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. First, when calling this location, you are not able to speak directly with an Auto Care associate. Calls are routed to an off-site appointment desk rather than someone working in the shop, which makes it difficult to address specific concerns about your vehicle. Love shopping at Sam's. They have the best paper towels & toilet tissue. Great price too.
Left lug nuts loose on tire change. Was able to find it before any damage. Could not reach a manager. Some Indian dude. Go to a local tire shop. Stay away from this place.
