On April 29, 2025, involving an associate named Bobbie at the receipt check area. Due to chronic back issues, I asked Bobbie if someone could help me carry my bags to my car. She said she would get someone, but no one ever came. After waiting several minutes, I returned to let her know I was still waiting. She responded in a dismissive tone and said no one was available.
